Customer scheduling is a breeze with GoSite.
Once you sign in to GoSite from a desktop computer, you'll need to follow the directions inside the app to connect your Google Business Profile, Google/Outlook calendar, and Thumbtack accounts.
Then, you will go into settings to set up your services.
Once this setup is complete, you can download the GoSite app to your Apple or Android device and manage everything from there.
This process could take as little as 5 minutes to complete. We will also provide onboarding and training for you to help you feel comfortable with your new tools.
GoSite's tools work great with Facebook Messages, SMS, Google Messages, and web chat. You can use select tools or all of them at once. It's up to you.
However, Thumbtack is our highest recommended paid lead generation tool. And GoSite's integration makes getting Thumbtack leads much easier. But having a Thumbtack account is NOT required.
Once you sync your Google or Outlook calendar, you can manage your schedule from Google or Outlook directly. Simply block out times you don't want to get booked. New bookings will automatically show up on your calendar so you know the details about your next job.
Google is very stringent about working directly with the business owner to guarantee your business is real and safe for customers to work with. As such, we are not allowed to set up and verify your Google Business profile.
However, we are able to provide resources to help you navigate things like setup, video verification, suspended accounts, contacting support, and more.
To use SMS inside GoSite, major cell phone carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile require you to complete a verification process. Once this is complete, you will be able to send and receive texts from customers within your GoSite app.
This allows you to answer questions, as well as share your booking link, payment link, or send a review request right inside GoSite Messenger.
Absolutely. You can set up appointment reminders, along with a simple rescheduling link, to prevent no-show appointments.
